Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. The request must be made by email at: contact@emla.fr
2. Return Conditions
After your request has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
3. Pre-Order Items
Items offered on pre-order are made to order. The pre-order period is limited in time and specified on the website. Production begins at the end of this pre-order period.
The estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks starts from the end of the pre-order period, not from the date of purchase. Pre-order items remain subject to the legal 14-day withdrawal right from the date of receipt. No refund can be issued before the product has been delivered.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos and your order number. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us and an exchange or refund will be offered.
5. Refund Conditions
The refund may be reduced or refused if the returned product shows signs of use, is incomplete, or is damaged.
